Adoption
Our firm provides the legal services and support needed in the adoption of children, including adoption by relatives. We take extra care to respect the rights and interests of all persons affected by the adoption, especially the interests of the adopted child.
Business and Corporate Law
The firm provides expertise in business and corporate law including, but not limited to: creating and organizing businesses and/or corporations; selecting the proper business structure; dissolution of partnerships and/or corporations; drafting of bylaws; business reorganization; and avoidance of debt and liability. We serve business owners of all levels, no matter the size or sophistication.
The firm welcomes small businesses, partnerships, and sole proprietorships. We currently serve as the corporate attorney for several not-for-profit organizations and for-profit organizations in both Tennessee and Pennsylvania. Family Law; Child Custody and Support
Although our firm does not obtain divorces, we often are involved in family and marital counseling. Our goal is always reconciliation between spouses, restoration of the marital home, and harmony between children and adults.
When a divorce is inevitable, the firm's goal is to assist families in coming to an arrangement that is in the best interest of all parties, especially the children. We are frequently involved in representing the legal rights of a spouse who does not desire a divorce, but is being sued for divorce nonetheless.
We help clients negotiate agreements that address the future support, emotional needs, and physical needs of the children, including health care needs.
Copyright and Trademark Law
The firm provides legal help with the registration, renewal and cancellation process related to copyrights and trademarks. We also provide counsel for problems associated with the infringement of registered marks and copyrights, and litigate these matters when necessary.

Elder Law
A large percentage of our practice is dedicated to meeting the needs of the elderly; especially in the areas of estate planning, wills, trusts, living wills and powers of attorney.
When circumstances require it, we can travel to your home, the hospital, or other locations to assist you in matters requiring immediate attention. If you are home-bound or bed-ridden, the firm will make special arrangements to accommodate your specific need. We endeavor to meet client's needs on the client's own terms, and strive to make the elderly comfortable when discussing very personal, often difficult, private matters.
Our firm provides counsel for medical/long-term health care and Social Security problems for the elderly. We also assist families in establishing conservatorships and guardianships. Other practice areas are taxation laws related to the elderly and the discrimination, neglect, and abuse of the elderly.
Estate Planning
Cobble Law Firm guides clients through the often confusing maze of the estate planning process. We start by listening to client's wishes, and providing answers to their questions and concerns. We also advise them on tax laws that would affect estate distribution. Drafting wills, powers-of-attorney, living wills, and trusts are a regular function of our office. The firm also provides help and guidance through the probate process.
Real Estate Law

real estate: closings, title examinations, title insurance, sales/lease
agreements, document recording, preparation of deeds of trust, promissory notes,
